Refund policy

At Flaunt Archive, each piece is crafted with precision, intention, and time. In honoring this process, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, your satisfaction remains important to us, and we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit where appropriate.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the rare instance that:

	•	You receive an item different from your original order (style, size, or color), or
	•	The piece presents a confirmed defect in craftsmanship

To request a return:
Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email, including clear imagery and a brief description of the concern.

Once approved, we will arrange for the return and offer either:

	•	A replacement of the original item, or
	•	Store credit should a replacement be unavailable



Return Conditions

All approved returns must meet the following standards:

	•	Items must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in pristine condition
	•	Original packaging and tags must be fully intact
	•	Returns must be dispatched within 7 days of approval and received within 30 days of delivery

Exchanges

We understand that fit is essential. Should your piece require adjustment, we offer exchange options designed to achieve the intended silhouette.

Available options:

	•	An exchange for the same design in an alternative size, or
	•	A refined remake tailored to your custom measurements

Please note:
Customised pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for further return or exchange.

To initiate an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be returned within 30 days.

Upon receipt and inspection, your replacement will be produced with the same level of care, or store credit may be issued where applicable.



Shipping

	•	Shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return and redelivery, are the responsibility of the client
	•	Original shipping fees remain non-refundable


International Orders

We are pleased to accommodate international exchanges; however, return shipping arrangements remain the responsibility of the client, and return labels are not provided.

Should your preferred size be unavailable, or if you wish to select an alternative piece, store credit will be issued in place of an exchange.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

	•	Delivered as a digital code within 5 working days of approval
	•	Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance
	•	Non-transferable and redeemable exclusively at Flaunt Archive
