At Flaunt Archive, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and prepared with care. As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we encourage you to carefully review your selected style and size before placing your order.
All orders are considered final once placed. Cancellations may only be accepted if requested before production or processing of the order has commenced. The information below outlines our policies regarding shipping, returns, cancellations, customs, and related matters.
At Flaunt Archive, we believe in complete transparency about the costs associated with your order. Please review this information carefully before placing an international order.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable charges are determined by the customs authorities in your destination country. These charges are separate from your order total and shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Flaunt Archive does not determine, waive, cover, or reimburse any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.
- We strongly recommend that international customers check with their local customs office or relevant government authority before placing an order to understand any potential charges.
- Depending on your destination, DHL Express may collect applicable customs duties and taxes on behalf of the local customs authority.
Customs regulations and applicable charges vary by country and may change without notice. Flaunt Archive has no control over these fees or the customs clearance process. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
We hope you love your Flaunt Archive piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to assist. Flaunt Archive accepts returns on full-priced ready-to-wear pieces within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Monetary refunds are not offered.
Conditions of Return
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odour, or fragrance.
- All original tags must remain attached and items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped via DHL with tracking, and tracking details must be shared with our team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the issued store credit.
- Store credit is issued within 4-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, and is valid for 12 months.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, discounted, sample sale, or promotional items.
- Custom or made-to-measure pieces.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use.
Returns that do not meet our conditions will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense. For any questions regarding your return, please contact us at hello@flauntarchive.com before sending your item back.
Finding the right fit matters to us. Our team is happy to assist with sizing and measurements before you place your order.
- Direct exchanges are not available. To receive a different size or style, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order.
- New orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase.
- For international orders, exchanges are not currently available. You may use your store credit towards a new order.
- We recommend contacting our team before ordering if you need help choosing a size or understanding the fit of a particular piece.

Every Flaunt Archive piece is carefully inspected before leaving our atelier If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email hello@flauntarchive.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will:
- Arrange and cover the cost of returning the affected item.
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Cover any applicable customs duties or import charges for the replacement.
If the original piece is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item.
Please do not send an item back before contacting us at hello@flauntarchive.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and ensure the issue is resolved as smoothly as possible.
Where a prepaid return label is provided, the applicable fee will be deducted from your store credit. These fees reflect the cost of insured, tracked return shipping to our atelier.

If you have any questions about the return shipping fee for your location, please contact us at hello@flauntarchive.com before initiating your return.
- Prices on the Flaunt Archive website are displayed in your local currency, automatically determined based on your location. You may also select your preferred currency using the currency selector on our website.
- All transactions are processed securely in the currency selected at checkout. The final order total will be confirmed before payment is completed.
- Currency exchange rates may fluctuate. The amount charged by your bank or reflected on your statement may differ slightly from the checkout total depending on your financial institution's exchange rate and any applicable international transaction fees.
- Flaunt Archive is not responsible for currency conversion differences or additional foreign transaction charges applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
- Any store credit issued will be provided and redeemed in the currency used for the original purchase.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or relating to a purchase, return, refund, or any transaction with Flaunt Archive shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws. Your legal rights remain fully protected.
Flaunt Archive reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the Flaunt Archive website and will take effect from the date of publication. The version of the policy in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that purchase.
