If you received an item that is defective, incorrect or damaged, please email us at hello@flauntrachive.com with a photo or video of the item and we will provide a replacement. Please note that you must contact us within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
Your return request MUST be submitted to us through our return form and then your item will be inspected. Any signs of wear or damage will lead to your return request being denied.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
• You ordered from our sale
• Your ordered a made-to-measure item and it aligns with your measurements sent.
• Your item has been worn and has stains.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged 15 days after delivery. Please look at our SIZE CHART before ordering if you are unsure about your size, email hello@flauntarchive.com if you would like a made to measure fit, we will be happy to assist you in getting the perfect fit. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@flauntarchive.com. Our team will inspect the garment once received and process an exchange.
Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note we do not accept any exchanges or returns for any made to measure pieces.
